Return & Refund Policy – Manufacturing Defects Only

At LeatherTales, we take pride in the quality of our leather jackets. Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Eligibility:

You may request a return only if your jacket has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible:

  • The jacket must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@leathertales.com within 15 days of receiving your jacket to report a defect.
  2. We will review your claim and may request photos or further details.
  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Size Selection & Exchanges:

  • We create each jacket according to the size selected by the customer. A detailed size chart is available on our website for reference.
  • If you select the wrong size and request an exchange, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
  • To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your jacket upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Jackets without manufacturing defects

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
